The MAX811TEUS+T with Supervisory Circuits 4-Pin uP Voltage Monitors with Manual Reset Input from Analog Devices is a surface mount device designed to monitor the operating voltage of microprocessors (uP). It has an open-drain active low manual reset output and an active-low reset output. The chip features a low-power cutoff voltage, including 1.135V, 1.31V, 1.8V, 1.875V, 1.936V, 2.5V, 2.7V, 3.135V, and 3.3V, which ensures that the microprocessor is reset if it operates outside of the specified voltage range. The device has a reset time-out period between 700 ns and 1.65 ms, and provides a reset width of 1.25 ms. It has a wide power-supply voltage range of 4.5V to 16V, and low supply current of 4.8µA. It is available in a tiny 4-pin package.
