The MAX866 accepts a posi- tive input voltage between 0.8V and V and converts it >80% Efficiency Over Wide Load Range OUT to a higher, pin-selectable output voltage of 3.3V or 5V. 100A No-Load Battery Current (V = 3.3V) OUT The MAX867 adjustable version accepts 0.8V to 6.0V 1A Shutdown Mode input voltages and generates a higher adjustable output voltage in the 2.7V to 6.0V range. Typical efficiencies are Up to 250kHz Switching Frequency greater than 80%. Typical no-load supply current is 1.5% Reference Tolerance 100A (1A in shutdown).
