The MAX890LESA+ is a dual-channel, low-power analog-to-digital converter from Analog Devices. It is designed for low power, low voltage applications. It offers a full-scale input range of up to 4.096 V with a 3-bit unsigned differential output, while consuming a maximum of 200 µA. The device is capable of achieving 4-18V single supply operation and features an 8.9-bit to 9-bit No Missing Codes over differential and single-ended input ranges. It has an On-Chip PGA (Programmable Gain Amplifier) to provide a programmable gain of up to 256 times. Furthermore, it features a digitally-controlled reference offering a full-scale output of between 0.25V to 4V. This feature allows precise control of the output voltage over temperature. The MAX890LESA+ has been designed to meet the requirements of automotive, industrial, and consumer applications.
