The MAX9375s extremely low propagation delay and high speed make it ideal for various high- 421ps (typ) Propagation Delays speed network routing and backplane applications. 30ps (max) Pulse Skew The MAX9375 accepts any differential input signal within 2ps (max) Random Jitter the supply rails and with minimum amplitude of 100mV. RMS Inputs are fully compatible with the LVDS, LVPECL, Minimum 100mV Differential Input to Guarantee HSTL, and CML differential signaling standards. Outputs AC Specifications are LVPECL and have sufficient current to drive 50 transmission lines. Temperature-Compensated LVPECL Output The MAX9375 is available in an 8-pin MAX package +3.0V to +3.6V Power-Supply Operating Range and operates from a single +3.3V supply over the -40C >2kV ESD Protection (Human Body Model) to +85C temperature range.
