VDD301SNTA AnaSem

The VDD301SNTA is a SOT-23 RoHS Compliant Supervisory circuit with PMIC (Power Management IC) designed and manufactured by Analog Seminconductor. It is specifically designed to monitor and control supply voltages in battery powered applications. The VDD301SNTA has a low supply current of only 0.1µA and a high accuracy of ±1.25% while providing a range of reset and monitoring voltages from 0.9V up to 5.0V. The part is made up of an on-chip reset oscillator, an on-chip regulated voltage reference and a comparator to detect out-of-tolerance supply voltage level. The VDD301SNTA also features a manual reset input, an active-low reset output with a filtering and hysteresis. The part is designed to prevent the system from reacting too rapidly to temporary voltage drops and offer protection against lockup.
