The ASR-15CA is an Anlye 15-segment display controller, developed by Anly Electronics. It is an integrated solution that allows designers to implement seven-segment display control in their designs, providing consistent operation along with more efficient power management. It includes a 4-bit microcontroller, 10-bit analog-to-digital converter and 16-bit PWM output driver. It can be used with two types of Anly display modules, single data segment displays and seven segment displays. When used in combination, these display modules can be used to create multi-segment displays. The ASR-15CA also includes a serial UART interface, allowing users to quickly update the display by sending commands from a host computer or microcontroller. In addition, various application development options are available, such as an Ethernet adapter, for easier programming.
