The APW7264QBI-TRG is an ultra-low quiescent current (IQ) Battery Management Power Management Integrated Circuit (PMIC) in a 4-by-4 TQFN4x4 RoHS package manufactured by Anpec. It is a high efficiency battery charger with an asynchronous boost voltage regulator, USB on/off control power switch, input EMI filter, Accuracy Race Display System (ARDS) technology, and optimized charging profile for Lithium-Ion/Polymer batteries. The device provides fast charge current up to 1A, adjustable input voltage from 2.3V to 5.5V, up to 3A peak output current, adjustable output voltage from 3.3V to 5.5V, and up to 95% efficiency. The device features dual-mode architecture with low Iq, input EMI filter, optimized charging profile for Lithium-Ion and Polymer batteries, adjustable output current and voltage, efficient battery charge capabilities, over current, over temperature, and short circuit protections, and programmable timers for charge end of life.
