The AHT21 is a small, lightweight, and low power temperature and humidity sensor from Aosong. It features an SMD-6P, 3x3mm package that provides an embedded temperature and humidity sensor. The device utilizes ROHS compliance and has a sensing range of 0-100% relative humidity and -40-125°C temperature. It has an accuracy of ±3% RH and ±0.5°C for temperature and has a response time of 5s. The AHT21's low power consumption is ideal for mobile applications and is accurate even in high humidity environments. The AHT21 also features an I2C bus interface, easy installation, and a wide operating voltage range of DC3V-5.5V.
