Industies AR614/P is a fast recovery rectifier diode from Apar Industries. It is a single phase, low-profile, and high temperature device that is designed for use in a variety of rectifier circuits in consumer, industrial, and automotive electronic systems. The AR614/P is rated up to 600V, 1A and has an average forward recovery time of 20ns. This makes it suitable for use in high-performance switching and freewheeling diode circuits, allowing the user to reduce EMI, improve efficiency, and reduce power losses. The AR614/P is RoHS compliant and supplied in an epoxy-coated DO-214AA package.
