The 1050T is a dual-mode managed switching system designed for deployments in data centers, a high-availability managed switching solution that bridges between L2/L3 Ethernet and Fibre Channel. It provides a secure, high-performance backplane with a high port density configuration. It includes 24 ports of 10GbE and 2 ports of 40GbE with 32 ports of 10GbE/2GFC or 8 ports of 10GFC/4GFC. The 1050T integrates disjoint control and data plane, hardware-based virtualization, enterprise-class redundancy, bandwidth management and advanced QoS capabilities.
