The AW9201QNR is a Touch Screen Controller IC manufactured by Awinic. It is a QFN-8L package (1.6mm*1.6mm) that is RoHS compliant. This part provides touch sensing for capacitive touch screens and is suitable for use in LCDs, touch pads, and portable electronic devices. It supports up to five fingers and is capable of measuring the X and Y coordinates with its high-resolution coordinates calibration algorithm. It has excellent noise Immunity and power consumption up to 70µA in active state. It also features low power consumption of less than 500 nA in stand-by mode, and can be used up to +105°C temperature. This part can be used with various touch sensing algorithms such as self-calibration and power idle support.
