MBCC-512 is a Part of the Banner-LTE System designed to provide precise low-latency communication to a customer's wireless device. It provides access to the Banner-LTE radios through the use of a three-tier architecture composed of base stations, functional nodes, and application nodes. This architecture allows for low latency communication between devices to provide smooth, efficient connections to the network. The MBCC-512 part of Banner-LTE includes the media access control (MAC) and physical (PHY) layers, which allow for data transmission and reception between devices. It also includes the radio link control (RLC) layer and the radio resource control (RRC) layer, which manage the radio connections and quality of service. With these layers, customers can enjoy low-latency access to wireless networks and services.
