Additional Infomation About Product

The FHDM 16P5001 is a type of Baumer Absolute Multi-Turn Encoder. It is an incremental rotary encoder ideal for use in applications that require precise feedback on the absolute angle of rotation. It is designed for use in demanding industrial environments, offering protection against dirt and debris, shock and vibration, as well as temperatures from -25 degrees C to +85 degrees C. It comes with a resolution of 16-bit and 24-bit and is equipped with a 500 mm cable providing power supply and communication interface to the encoder. The output signals from the FHDM 16P5001 include SSI, ABM, and Sin/Cos signals. The encoder also has a Compact B7 interface which allows for a direct connection to the PLC.
