2. Incoming Quality Check – Visual checks, inductive tests and other material tests to ensure all components meet specifications.
3. In-Process Quality Control – Design validation, performance and functional checks, statistical process control and in-process tests to ensure incoming material quality.
4. Finished Goods Quality Control – Final inspections, electro-mechanical tests, functional tests and other test procedures are used to comply with strict quality standards.
5. Product Reliability Testing – HALT, Life-cycle testing as well as accelerated tests such as temperature, voltage, vibration and aging to ensure that components last and withstand harsh operating conditions.
6. Regulatory Compliance and Approval – Products are designed and tested to comply with applicable safety and EMC regulations.
7. Environmental & Human Safety – Optical, toxicological and material safety tests are performed to ensure that products are safe for the environment and end-users.
