The BL13232ESO is a reduced-size, 2/2 SOP-16 RS232 IC manufactured by Belling and compliant with RoHS standards. It is designed for RS232 data communication and features a maximum data rate of 250Kbps. It has low power consumption and wide data mid-voltage range, and is optimized for applications such as industrial automation, POS systems, and PC system peripherals. The IC includes on-chip ESD protection, and supports up to 128 byte FIFO buffering for ideal data transmission.
