BL13232ETS with TSSOP-16 RS232 ICs ROHS is a RoHS compliant RS232 interface IC manufactured by Belling. This IC is a full-duplex transmitter and receiver, with support for up to 32 serial ports. It features a low voltage range of 2.5V to 5.5V, and an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. It has a TSSOP-16 package size with 150 µA low power shutdown and a 100 Mbps data rate. This part is suitable for a range of industrial, automotive, and consumer applications that require fast, reliable data communications.
