The BL24C128A-PARC is a 128Kb (16K x 8) EEPROM chip manufactured by Belling. It is a two-wire serial device with a wide operating temperature (-40C to +85C) range. It contains a 2-Wire SOP-8 (150 mil) package and is RoHS (Lead-free) compliant. This EEPROM chip is designed to act as a storage device for data and comes with a wide range of features such as both auto and manual write operation, page write (16 bytes, 32 bytes, 64 bytes to 128 bytes), self-timed write cycle, random read, sequential read, and more.
