The BL8506-20NRM is a SOT-23 RoHS-compliant, microprocessor and microcontroller supervisor with a compact, low-power design from Belling. It is specifically designed to provide system protection against POR/BOR (power on reset/brown-out reset) and system reset conditions by monitoring the power supply voltage. It has an input voltage range of 2.2 V to 5.5 V and can maintain a stable voltage and act as a power supervisor IC. It features high turn-on threshold accuracy of ±1.25%, low operating current of only 10 µA (max), and high-speed reset response time of 18 µs. It features an open-drain active-low reset output signal, and enables output options for manual reset, normal reset, window watchdog timer, forced reset, and a reset lockout function.
