.The BL8506-22NRM SOT-23-3 Monitors & Reset Circuits ROHS manufactured by Belling is a low power, microcontroller-based system designed to detect and protect against temperature, voltage and current anomalies. It provides two analog inputs that can be set to monitor temperatures ranging from -20°C to 85°C. It also has two internal temperature thresholds set to detect over-temperature against the two analog inputs. Additionally, it has thirteen voltage levels from 1.5V to 6V and two current thresholds from 10A to 100mA which can be used to monitor the power and system conditions. It also contains a reset circuit for resetting the microcontroller if any anomaly is detected. All of the settings can be adjusted via an I2C bus. The BL8506-22NRM is RoHS compliant and is available in surface-mount packages.
