The BL8506-48CSM is a microprocessor and microcontroller supervisor SOT89-3 RoHS manufactured by Belling. It is a low cost IC that provides circuit protection, system reset and power up detection and power down signal retention. It includes an integrated oscillator, power-on reset (POR) circuitry, multi-reset timeout selector (MRTS), power supply reset (PSR) circuitry, and power-good (PG) signal. The integrated reset circuit can detect and respond to power rail and brown-out conditions, providing reset of the microprocessor / microcontroller and assuring reliable, low-power system operation.
