This device is an integrated over-voltage protection, low voltage lockout, and frequency compensation circuit making it ideal for applications such as portable power supplies, charger, adaptor, and single-cell battery-powered products. It also has features such as adjustable slope compensation, current limit, and soft-start. The BL8851 AC-DC Controllers & Regulators ROHS is RoHS compliant and AEC-Q100 Grade 1 qualified, ensuring it is made with high quality components. It also has low voltage lockout, over-load protection, and thermal shutdown for added safety and reliability.
