M8/BN789 DIN6797A is a metric threaded fastener from Bossard. It is a nylon-inserted lock nut that has a nylon insert in the center for locking onto the mating component and allows for a vibration-free connection. The DIN6797A part is a metric nut with an 8mm thread size and a thread pitch of 0.8 mm. The nut has a hex-shaped body and a self-clinching design that offers high initial toque and excellent vibration resistance.
