The device offers 50V of continuous working voltage and 80V of peak working surge voltage in a SMB (DO-214AA) case. It has two terminals for connection, a neutral and a positive terminal, while the third one connects to ground. Its construction features low capacitance, high breakdown voltage and fast response time. The flame-retardant epoxy resin construction is compliant with RoHS requirements. This device is ideal for use in computers, telecommunications and other sensitive digital systems.
