It is a TVS (transient voltage suppressor) designed to protect sensitive electronic devices from voltage surges. The GDTs are made with a small form factor (SMB) and are RoHS compliant, making them ideal for use in electronics where space is at a premium. The GDTs provide excellent surge protection up to 600W peak pulse power and 6kA surge current, as well as ultra-low capacitance and fast response time. It features high peak pulse current of 600W, low capacitance of 5pF typical and fast turn-on/turn-off response time.
