The BWF900N Gas Discharge Tube (GDT) Surface Mount Device (SMD) is a high-performance overvoltage protection device manufactured by Bourne. This device is designed to provide reliable protection against overvoltage events and to ensure a high level of circuit integrity. Measuring just 5x5 mm in size and 4.2 mm thick, this device is RoHS compliant and features a 7 V breakdown voltage and a maximum surge voltage of up to 40 V. In addition, it has a specified life time of more than 600 times of use and a holding current of 0.5 mA. The BWF900N SMD GDT is used for overvoltage protection applications in a wide range of electronic devices.
