ElectronicsThe SS310SMB is a surface-mount Schottky Barrier Diode (SBD), RoHS compliant and manufactured by Bourne Electronics. It is a two-terminal, low forward voltage drop, low power loss device, intended for use as a discrete diode or in series strings. This device features a low forward voltage drop of 0.3 volts, a maximum reverse voltage of 100 volts, and a maximum power dissipation of 200 mW. It is available in a small, industry-standard Surface Mount package, with no external terminal connections required. The are constructed of a semiconductor aluminum alloy Schottky material for fast switching and high electrical efficiency, and have a 100V maximum, 10mA maximum and 0.3V forward voltage drop at 1A forward current ratings. They are RoHS compliant and meet the specifications of MIL-PRF-19500 and JEDEC standards.
