Additional Infomation About Product

The Bourns MF-FSMF025X-2 is a resettable fuse designed for overcurrent protection. It is a polymeric positive temperature coefficient (PPTC) device rated for 6 volts and 40A. This fuse is used to protect circuits from overloading. When the current exceeds the rated value, this device can detect the power surge and open the circuit. The device then has to be reset manually for normal operation. The device features quick-blow action, low power loss, low temperature coefficient, and excellent consistency and reliability. It is available in a small and lightweight package, making it ideal for small electronic devices.
