Additional Infomation About Product

The Bourns MF-NSMF200-2 is a resettable fuse, also known as a Polymeric Positive Temperature Coefficient (PPTC) device. It is a 6V, 2A device with a maximum current rating of 100A. This fuse is used to provide overcurrent and overtemperature protection in a variety of electronic devices. When the current reaches a certain threshold, the PPTC device rapidly expands, breaking the circuit path and preventing further flow of electricity. Once the current is removed, the fuse returns to its original size and the circuit is restored. This self-resetting feature makes the MF-NSMF200-2 an ideal choice for applications that require reliable overcurrent protection.
