The TISP4350H3BJR-S is a Thyristor Surge Protection Device (TSPD) developed by Bourns. It is an overvoltage protection device that prevents equipment from being damaged by overvoltage spikes. It provides 275V of surge protection for Direct Reverse Mode (DRM), 500A of surge protection for Intermediate Power Pulse (IPP), and 350V of back-off protection for Break-Over (BO) applications. The TSPD features a low thermal resistance, wide operating temperature range, and low capacitance. It is suitable for use in various applications where overvoltage protection is needed. The device meets the requirements of most EMC regulations.
