's daily routine
Brady usually wakes up at 5:30am, and starts his day with a cup of coffee and 15 minutes of meditation. After that, he takes his dog for a quick walk before his daily yoga and/or fitness routine. After showering and getting dressed, Brady then begins his work day, which usually consists of responding to emails, making calls, researching industry trends and strategizing his next moves. On days when he’s feeling especially inspired and excited, Brady might write blog posts or create marketing materials. Brady often tries to take a break at lunchtime to enjoy a leisurely walk or jog outdoors. He then resumes his day and works until the late afternoon, when he gets ready for the evening.
