NEON-2 is the second component of Brightmaster, a cloud-based software solution designed to enable enterprises to better manage and streamline their network operations. This component provides the ability to monitor and detect network events, alert IT staff, and analyze statistics for performance management. NEON-2 provides a graphical user interface (GUI) to enable administrators to quickly access and analyze data. This component is integrated with existing monitoring systems and IT processes, allowing for real-time event management, as well as the ability to set thresholds and alert IT staff to potential issues. The GUI also provides a summary of all network events, with the ability to drill down into more detailed information, including network utilization and performance alerts. Finally, the dashboard provides an icon-based overview of network performance, allowing IT staff to quickly identify and address any potential issues.
