The GDMC181S28A is an 8051 microcontroller designed to meet the requirements of low cost, low power and high performance. It features an enhanced instruction set, 384 KBytes of flash memory, with 8 KBytes of RAM, and improved low power optimization. The GDMC181S28A also includes a variety of serial communications including a USB 2.0 host and device, UART, I2C, and CAN. It also offers multiple general purpose I/O ports, and advanced timer, and up to 48MHz clock speed.
