4-Wire Kelvin Probe Set with
Double Banana Plug Leads
FEATURES:
Four wire measurement using the Kelvin probe reduces the voltage drop in test leads that cause
measurement inaccuracies making them excellent for resistance measurement below 1 ohm.
Single probe tip is ideal for testing surface mount and small components. Easier to use than traditional twin-
tipped probes.
Probe tips and banana plugs are gold plated Beryllium Copper for low contact resistance.
Banana plug and probe tip are connected to the shield of the coaxial cables to reduce electrostatic
interference.
Compatible with Hewlett-Packard, Keithley and most 4 wire test instruments with double banana jack
inputs.
Probe overmolded with Santoprene rubber for handling comfort, added insulation protection and cable
strain relief.
