Due to wideband response at 2.9 GHz, this IC is recommendable for GPS receiver, wireless communication systems. TM This IC is manufactured using NECs 20 GHz fT NESAT lll silicon bipolar process. This process uses silicon nitride passivation film and gold electrodes. These materials can protect chip surface from external pollution and prevent corrosion/migration.
