The CR6267SH, manufactured by Chip-Rail, is a Power Distribution Switches SOP-8 RoHS in an 8-pin SOP package. It is a low voltage solution designed to provide on/off control, protection, and monitoring for a wide variety of distributed power supplies. This part is RoHS compliant and features of the device include 2 wire and 3 wire interface, over temperature and over current protection, automatic low voltage shutdown, and a power on reset functionality. This part is also able to provide load protection, over-voltage protection, and adjustable dead time control. The CR6267SH also has a high input voltage rating of 60V, and efficient low power loss operation for better performance.
