The CR6562S is an integrated circuit (IC) packaged in an 8-pin surface-mount small-outline package (SOP-8) with New Quadratic Unclassified Data (NQUD) from Chip-Rail. It is compliant with the Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) regulations and is designed for direct logic applications. The CR6562S is a high-performance, high-speed, low-power, low-voltage CMOS device with a 4-bit latch for data storage. It has high-speed logic with a maximum clock frequency of 30 MHz and is made up of four independent static D-type flip-flops. It has an input fan-out of 3 and power dissipation of 1.5 mW. The device has ESD protection up to 2 kV and is suitable for a wide range of applications, including communication, consumer, industrial and automotive electronic systems.
