Additional Infomation About Product

The Chip-Rail CR6842 is a 8-pin Plastic Dual In-Line (PDIP) Power Management Integrated Circuit (PMIC) with RoHS certification. It is used to disconnect or reset power supplies in a circuit. The CR6842 is a dual power distribution switch, each channel of this switch with a maximum load of 3.6 A. Both channels are used to control low-voltage DC power circuits up to 25V. The internal power shutoff and reset circuits of the CR6842 ensure reliable, secure power-on reset operation and improved safety in power supply systems. It features a low on-resistance of 25 mO and a 0.8V quiescent current. The switch is over-temperature protected and is approved for use in industrial and automotive applications. It is rated for a working temperature range of -25°C to +125°C and is lead free and RoHS compliant.
