The LP3772-1 is a Power Management Specialized (PMIC) integrated circuit designed and manufactured by Chip Hope. It is a surface-mount device, available in the SOT23-6 RoHS package, which integrates multiple low-power mode functions to monitor, manage, and protect power supply systems. It features three high-side power MOSFETs with extremely low typical RDS (ON) values, enabling higher efficiency, providing up to 500 mA each. It also has an internal charge pump to drive high-side FETs at higher voltages than the input voltage. The LP3772-1 also enables ultra-low quiescent current, extending the lifetime of the system's battery. Other features of the device include overcurrent, undervoltage, and overtemperature protection.
