TechnologyThe LP3773A is a Power Management Integrated Circuit (PMIC) developed by Chip Hope Technology. It promotes space savings and simplifies the design of integrated systems. This device is used for power management, enabling energy savings and providing flexibility in PCB layout. The LP3773A is a SOP-7 RoHS compliant multi-output voltage regulator with power-saving features. It provides 3-step power saving mode configuration and 2 High-Side MOSFET drivers. The 3-step power saving mode includes Shutdown, Standby and Active modes that dynamically adjust to achieve different levels of power saving. It also includes built-in 1.23-V linear tech and 2.5-V DDR RAM power supplies. It is well suited for applications in industrial control, consumer electronics, power systems, etc. Its features include wide input voltage range (2.6V to 5.5V), high accuracy output voltage (±2.5%), built-in safety protection (over-current, over-temperature, etc), scalable output current (from 0.25A to 6A). In addition, it is RoHS compliant and has passed rigorous reliability tests.
