The LP3773D is a Power Management Specialized integrated circuit (PMIC) manufactured by Chip Hope. It is designed to be used in applications requiring high performance power management solutions. This device is housed in a 7-pin Small Outline Package (SOP-7) and is lead (Pb) free, making it compliant with the material restrictions of RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances). This single chip device includes an on-board voltage regulator, 5V linear regulator, two low dropout (LDO) regulators, as well as two pulse-width modulation (PWM) converters. It provides voltage regulation for the core as well as for other circuits within the design, such as memory, peripherals, and I/O. The low power mode also extends battery life in portable applications. The LP3773D also incorporates over-voltage and overtemperature protection for system reliability. It also features a range of advanced features such as sequencing, tracking, and margining options, supporting a wide range of power management designs. It is designed to support a supply voltage between 5V to 12V, and has a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
