TechnologiesS9111C with Power Management Specialized - PMIC SOP-7 RoHS is a power management integrated circuit (PMIC) manufactured by Chip Hope Technologies. It is a 7-pin SOP package which is optimized for small, power-sensitive handheld and portable applications. The S9111C integrates all the necessary features for supplying and controlling voltage, current, and power. It includes 8-bit digital to analog converters, linear regulators, voltage supervisors, and switches. This PMIC supports up to 4 voltage regulators, offering output current up to 1.5A with a wide output voltage range of 0.6V to 2.5V.
