AP2005SPER is a DC-DC converter step-up adjustable 1-2.5V-5.5V-9V, designed by Chipown, in SOP-8 EP 150mil RoHS package. It has input voltage option in 1.2V to 5.5V, output voltage range of 2.5V to 9V, and output current up to 1A. It features input/output under-voltage protection, current-mode control, output short-circuit protection, and requires no external compensation. It also supports low output ripple and transient overshoots, as well as "active-clamp" constant current circuit to limit the maximum output voltage available. AP2005SPER provides high efficiency up to 97%, low power consumption, and is RoHS compliant.
