Additional Infomation About Product

The AP8012C with Switching Controllers SOP-8 RoHS is a single chip synchronous buck dc-dc converter manufactured by Chipown. It integrates a power MOSFET, a high accuracy voltage reference, a temperature compensation circuit and various protection circuits such as Over Current Protection (OCP), Over Voltage Protection (OVP), Thermal Shutdown (TSD) and Under Voltage Lockout (UVLO). This regulates the output voltage of the device within an accuracy of ±2.5% for output voltages from 0.8V up to 5.5V. It also provides better transient response and better load regulation for the converter. In addition, due to the presence of TSSOP-8 RoHS, the device has higher current density, high power dissipation and superior noise immunity.
