The CHIPWISE CW18H02 is a smaller form factor processor and microcontroller SOP-8 RoHS package designed for embedded applications. It uses 8-bit architecture and features 256kB ROM, 8kB RAM, as well as 1 hardware encrypted key slot and 1 counter. It also contains an onboard SPI, I2C, UART interface, 4x PWM, 1x ADC, 5x ports digital I/O, and a watchdog timer unit. The processor is ideal for low-end embedded control systems that require low power consumption and small form factor.
