The CMS89F611 is an 8-bit MCU with SOP-8 package manufactured by Cmsemicon, and is compliant with the RoHS directive. It features a high-performance MCS-51 processor core, an 8KB OTP ROM for program storage, 8KB SRAM for data storage, an array of I/O ports, as well as three 16-bit or four 8-bit programmable timers. It also contains a hardware watch-dog timer, four 8-bit peripheral ports, and some additional on-chip peripherals.
