The 760-1024 area of Concord, California, includes portions of the Concord neighborhoods of Monument, Pacheco, and Lafayette. This area is located in the southeast corner of the city and runs along the western bank of the Concord/Martinez city limits. It is bordered by the Mokelumne River to the east, Marina Vista to the south, Treat Boulevard to the west, and Marsh Creek Road to the north. This area is home to the Monument neighborhood, which was established in the 1960s and consists primarily of family-oriented homes within a quiet, tree-lined community. The Pacheco neighborhood is south of Monument, and offers a mix of single family homes, condos, and townhomes. Lafayette, to the south of Pacheco, is a smaller, more upscale neighborhood with mostly single-family residences and a few condominiums. Nearby parks include Monument Park, Monument Trail Park, and Walter E. Dimmick Park. The area is served by the Concord Unified School District, which provides elementary, middle, and high school educations.
