The KTH1621SH-ST3 is a three-terminal, hall-effect, magnetic sensor manufactured by CONNTEK. It is housed in a SOT-23-3 package and specified for operation over a wide temperature range from -40°C to 120°C. This hall-effect switch has a magnetic threshold of ±20 Gauss with response time of 90 micro seconds. It features an open collector output and can be used in a variety of applications such as non-contact measurement, automotive speed sensing, gaming consoles, and portable electronics. The KTH1621SH-ST3 meets RoHS standards and is 100% lead-free and is halogen-free compliant.
