The CN305 is an analog comparator manufactured by Consonance and is available in a 6-pin SOT-23-6 RoHS package. It has an operating voltage range of 1.9V to 6V and is suitable for various low level sensing and detection applications. It operates with a wide range of output transition levels and offers low power consumption and small capacitance. The comparator has a high bandwidth of typically 2.2 kHz,low offset current of 2.5µA, high open-loop gain of typically 140 dB, output source/sink of 0.5mA and low thresholds for fault flagging. The CN305 is suitable for a variety of applications such as switching, power sequencing, low battery monitoring, analog multiplexing, over-current sense, portable computers, cell phones and more.
