The XSM4628ML with Power Modules BGA-144 RoHS is an integrated power module manufactured by COREX. It is designed for synchronous DC/DC applications in server and storage, telecom, and enterprise equipment. The module provides a wide input voltage range (6V to 14V) and an adjustable output voltage range of 0.75V to 4.5V. It features advanced power conversion and control architecture, high efficiency, low ripple, low noise, and integrated protection features.
