Islands
The 2911-12-211 part of Coto Islands is located in the East China Sea, off the coast of southwestern Japan. It is an incredibly diverse ecosystem, with unique species of animals, plants, and coral, as well as deep caves, underwater cliffs, and hidden coves. The islands are home to an abundance of wildlife, including the endangered Japanese Murrelet, spotted seals, and humpback whales. It is also the breeding ground for thousands of fish and other aquatic life. There are several shipwrecks and submerged World War II artifacts in the area due to its close proximity to battle sites. It is a popular tourist destination, as it offers incredible diving and snorkeling opportunities.
